Event Review:,

What a beautiful and breath-taking setting for a bluegrass festival - the backdrop of the waterfront was gorgeous!  We started out the morning with Rhonda Vincent singing the national anthem . . . wow, what a start to the show!

The weather was picture perfect, the atmosphere was delightful and the music was phenomenal!  One band after another graced the stage and it seemed to get better and better as the day progressed.  The joyful sounds of banjo, mandolin, guitar and and southern vocals filled the air.  One by one, each band graced the beautiful stage and gave it everything they had, exciting the crowd each time.

Some of the Performers: Drymill Road, Banjo Island , Drifting Sands, Stoney Creek, The Hickory Project, Nu-Blu, Stacy Grubb, The Whiskey Rebellion, The Hillbilly Gypsies, The Sleepy Man Banjo Boys, Gary “Biscuit” Davis, Cumberland River Band, Out In The Cold, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, Dailey & Vincent and more.

After the concert each day was a jam session starting at 11:00 p.m. where guests could bring their instruments and strum along with the featured bands at this late night event.  For those wanting to enjoy a real bluegrass experience, this is the festival for you!
